I had the great fortune of going to Hawaii with my friend Joyce. We stayed at the Hale Koa Resort for five nights. It was right on the beach, and could not have been located on a better spot...Of course I missed Patrick and the boys, so I am hoping that we can go back once they are older!
These are some very personable sea lions that we saw at Sea Life Park.
If you look closely, you can see two Hawaiin green sea turtles. This was taken onboard our submarine ride. (see below)
This is Diamond Head. It erupted only once, roughly 200,000 years ago. I spent a morning and hiked it. It made me realize two things...One: I love geology...Two: Man am I out of shape!
